Not changing the plan

Sir,

I apply for change the plan from prepaid to postpaid on 16th Dec. but till now it was not change the plane and I several time I call the executives and the dealing persons. But they every time reply me that it was in process. I ask them it take how many time and at what time it is change my plan.
