Hello, This is vinitha koshy, I would like to bring to your kind notice that i've been using airtel prepaid sim since November and suddenly my outgoing facility have been cancelled today, as i enquired with the customer care, I've been told that i havn't submitted my documents yet, which was really unbelievable to me as i've submitted all my documents to airtel office kottara, Mangalore, and I got a verification call also. They also told me that my number has been given to someother person and the only solution is that i have to take a new sim. Then when i called second time to the customer care to report a complaint, the person with whom i had conversation told me that my number has not been recycled only the outgoing calls are cancelled as because i've not used my sim since last three months, I was using the same sim till today and how can it be possible because i've taken it in November. I was not informed about anything before this action has been taken moreover i'm not getting any reliable information from them. Now also i'm getting the incoming calls. Hope you will do the needful.
