I have converted my pre paid Airtel sim card to post paid. i submitted all documents to the company agent. after that it started my service. after some days, company suddenly stopped my out going call service without any prior intimation to me. I was in imergancy condition to call someone, and i suddenly found that my out going call service is stopped by the company without any prior intimation to me. So it is not a good practice to do the things. Company should have intimated me atleast 2 days before taking any action. Service provider company [Airtel] should be punished for this irrposible behavior.
