Dear Airtel,
Although i take this oppurtunity to complaint against you, i cannot stop myself from stating how much i like your service. Its just that, there are some silly problems which needs to be taken care of.
From 22/12 to 1/1 i was out of station. During that time, many services got activated on my card without my knowledge. I came to know about them only after i got messages like my balance have been deducted for using so and so services or when i send message LAST to 121. Its very sad to say that although i contacted your customercare several times, i got negative responses or no responses or simply the operator cut the line. I was assured that i would be refunded for all the amounts deducted, but nothing happened further.
I request you to please look into this matter and refund for all the services that got activated on my card for the above said dates.
I am a customer of Airtel for last 5 years, eventhough i have changed sim 3-4 times owing to my transfer to different locations, i have always chose Airtel above all.
I expect that you will strengthen my faith on your company, by doing the needfull. I have never regretted using Airetl card and in future also hope the same continues.
