This is happening for the 5th time and I have no idea why AIRTEL engages in such fraudulent practices inspite repeated reminders.
Earlier I had requested several times that JOKES, HELLO TUNES etc should not be automatically activated on my number without my permission and balance deducted.
JOKES got enabled automatically without my authorization for past week and I am receiving messages from 53030 and balance being deducted automatically.
I called customer service today 28/1 at 12 noon and complained but they said we are unable to help and refund your amount.
