Customer care of airtel is the worst service, as it has kept on hold for 30 mins and had disconnected my call after. I think they are now developing the strategies like decoits that to add VAS by default with new sim cards and then like beggars they just wait for customers to call there customer care service for which he has to par 30 paise for 3 min.
in short airtel has changed it's symbol from the beggings of customer the better suggestion from my side is that it should be called LOOTEL...
