Customer care complaint no- 35668838 by supervisor named- Revathi and Executive- Manoj (Employ Id-66609)

As i have been using this no. from past 7 years as a prepaid customer and after checking the feasebility and knowing about its transfer to a postpaid connection is possible, i applied and submitted the required document and fees as applied. they gave me a time period for procedure as 24hrs. which was further extended to 72 hrs. and continued till date.

As speaking n number of times to the customer care executive as well as the supervisor of airtel customer care (call centre) the problem has not been resolved as well as, the behaviour with the customer is reluctant and very unprofessional. it has only caused loss and uncomfortability in my business.

therefore, i would request for a suggestion and solution in order to resolve this problem as soon as possible.
