Deduction of charges even Scheme is activated

I Ravindra Gaikwad holding no 9967330141.

I have activated Rs 95 SMS scheme on 12 feb 1:40 pm

It was working fine till 12:30 am next day.

after that any sms send deduction for sms started.

i was shocked.

Then complaint to 198.

I still want to know. when conctacted Airtel gallery in mulund CRM said these scemes applies on all.
