This is to inform you that I have been receiving call from 9989333785/ 7396490472 Customer care for demand of bill payment on my number 9676941010. For the record, let me make clear that I have never said that I'll not make the payment however I'll need some time to make this payment as a result of financial crisis. My past payment records can be checked and verified that all payments were made.
However the persons claiming to be customer care and calling from the numbers mentioned above have unnecessarily harassed and threatened me and behaved unprofessionally with my family. I have record of all the calls and sms send from the above mentioned numbers. I am a registered lawyer and am quite aware of the Law and the rights. I have been threatened to make payment by tomorrow, which is totally unprofessional and detrimental to the reputation of the Company and in total violation of the guidelines given by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India pertaining to recovery of money from customers.
This is to mention that I'll be making the payment by the end of this month but if I receive another call from the Customer Care relating to this, I'll file a complaint with the Consumer Forum, claiming damages including all legal costs.
