Negligence of Changing my Call plan and sending false Bills

I am a constant and old users of Airtel Post Paid mobile connection, and i had a Airtel Black Berry service activated on my mobile from September to August.

In the month of September i have informed to Airtel to stop my Black Berry service and change my call plan to 99 pratham plan.

Several time i informed to Airtel and the customer care unit had confirmed me that they had changed my plan. But no action taken, after that Airtel Executive came and ensure me that he will change the plan and took 3000.00 for my old outstanding and confirmed me that they will written off 600.00.

But still no action taken, lot of mails i have sent to Airtel but no action taken so far and tehy are now circulating legal notice to me.
