Useless balance reduction ALMOST daily

Hello sir/ma'am,

i am neeti khatri, an engineering 2nd year student, from jaipur.. i'm finally sick of my airtel sim.. AIRTEL is making fool of me since a month.. unnecessarily balance reduction is a common thing in airtel and when i call in customer care they tell me that they are placing complain but they do not file any complain and dont take any action.. last month my rs.30 got reduced from mobile recharge that too for no reason, and when i called in AIRTEL customer care and asked that where my balance gone, they told me that they also dont have detail of that gone balance.. am i a fool to recharge my cell for no use!!! i am sick of AIRTEL and its "so called" CUSTOMER CARE.. there's no care of customer in airtel.. they are so cheat that now they have closed there complaint helpline also.. so i cant even place complain now against the severe problems regarding my sim.. so i want you people to kindly take some action against it..
