A/c debited through net banking, mobile not recharged

I sent the e mail earliar on 02/03 to you to refund Rs 300/ due

to failure of mobile recharge. but to my utter surprise instead of Rs300/

to refund, only Rs50/ was refunded on 05/03.

I wanted to recharge the mobile -9503236856 through AXIS NET BANKING

for Rs 50/ on 01/03 and the message came" operating system not available,

please try later". In this way I tried five (5) times on 01/03 and on 02/03

one (1) time. But six times my S/B A/C -034010100001546 was debited

@ Rs 50/ each totalling Rs 300, but the mobile 9503236856 was not recharged

a single time.

Please look after the matter so that remaining amount Rs 250/ may kindly

be credited at least to ensure to credit your good-will & to instil confidence

in public that they have no apprehension to recharge through NET BANKING.

And at the same time it is a message that we get justice from this platform ;

other wise the situation makes us believe that if mobile recharge is failed but

A/C is debited, there is no guarantee to get the money back.
