Im a retailer. in my area Airtel network is very poor. not only call but recharge is not happning since june. after compalining local dealer (chik chocolate) and TSM (Mr. Tomar) nothing happen. then one day one of the sales man suggest to call ZSM (Vipin). when i called him he reply im in meeting and cut his phone. when i say why u cut my phone he says that (tum mujhe salary nahi dete ho jo main tumhe reply doo) im shoked. that one of the higly salary paid person said so. if ZSM is not responsible than whom to complain for.
