CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE ARE NOT PICKING THE PHONE

I have been trying to call to Airtel customer care but they are not picking phone and some time 121 no does not work and facing the problem... Once a call connected to customer executive then I explained my problem then she told me to wait some time, having hold 30 minutes despite call has been disconected and now I have been trying to customer care...

Now Bharti Airtel is not providing service properly... now time has come to change...
