I m a user airtel for last 4 years, 2 weeks back i opted for porting of the number, the airtel company called me and asked why do u want to change the company, i told them i getting cheaper call rates in other company. they told me they will give 1paise for 2 second call rates for next 6 month, if i dont change the number. i agreed but it is now 2 weeks they have not provided me the same, but also have changed my previous call rates which is 1 paise per second, i have been charging now 40 paise per call. please see to the above complain and solve it as soon as possible.
