I HAD USED ONLY 9501800668. I HAD ONLY PAID RENT AND CLEARED ALL DUES OF OTHER TWO NUMBERS AT SARABHA NAGAR RELATIONSHIP CENTRE.
I HAD SUBMITTED APPLICATION FOR CLOSURE OF 9501700668 & 9501900668 AT AIRTEL RELATIONSHIP CENTRE, SARABHA NAGAR MARKET, LUDHIANA. I HAD SUBMITTTED MY IDENTITY PROOF AND PASSPORT SIZE PHOTOGRAPH ALONGWITH CLOSURE APPLICATION.I HAD ALSO CONVEYED & CONFIRMED THIS TO CUSTOMER CARE @121.
LAST MONTH IN FEBURARY I CLEARED ALL MY DUES AND OUTSTANDING OF MY CELL # 95018 00668 AT AIRTEL OFFICE, DREAM COMMUNICATIONS, BHAI RANDHIR SINGH NAGAR, MAIN ROAD, LUDHIANA. I DEPOSITED THE WHOLE AMOUNT ALONGWITH APPLICATION FOR CLOSURE OF CELL NO- 9501800668. AGAIN ID PROOF WAS SUBMITTED.
TODAY I GOT A CALL ON MY ALTERNATE NUMBER THAT THERE IS SOME DUE OF RS 565/- ON 9501800668. I AM UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND HOW THIS CAN OCCUR? HOW THE COMPANY IS WORKING?
I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY INTERVENE.. AS I AM VERY MUCH HARRASSED FROM THE ATTITUDE & ALTIITUDE OF AIRTEL. ITS NOT MY FAULT, I HAD UNDERGONE THE CLOSURE REQUIREMENTS AND MADE SEVERAL REQUESTS TO STAFF MEMBER ATTENDING THAT MAKE SURE THE CONNECTION SHUD BE CLOSED. WHAT CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE DO? WHAT IS THE VALUE OF THE CUSTOMER CALLING AT 121 REQUESTING THEM TO DO THE NEEDFUL AS I HAD DONE.. ITS NOT MY FAULT.
