Doing ufai means to make money

The Bharti Airtel company is making money now by adopting unfair means.. they are sending msgs to there customers every now n then that your comedy zone service will be activated if u don't dial at the following no... and when we ignore the msg we were charged Rs 20 for the bullshit... my no is 917896599201 and i have charged recently on 13.04.2011...

the customer care tells we can' t refund u the money as its an auto cut.

so please kindly do something into the matter to save our money... peace of mind... and time...
