Balance Reduction Unnecessarily

Dear Sir,

My name is Vishal Dhariwal, My mobile no. is 9636611546. I have Airtel Sim card, In which from Last 5 to 10 days two time Rs. 50 each, on 20/4 Rs. 99, and Rs 20 is reduced from my main balance saying in message that you have downloaded mobile TV but I didnt downloaded any thing. When called in Airtel Customer Care they said to wait till 21/4. My complaint no. is CBDCC Ref No: 30420650812. When I didn't downloaded anything fom internet then why my nearly Rs. 220 is deducted. As I had registered my mobile for DND service after this I am receiving messages.

Airtel customer didnt given any satisfied answer and when I demanded for refund they said to wait till 21/4. I want please check in matter and make my balance refund.
