I am using Airtel Prepaid service. My Prepaid balance is getting deducted even when the phone is idle without any kinds of usage like calls browsing, etc. I happened to me before when I called customer service they said there is some service enabled on my account which I am not totally aware of. They disabled the service and it was not happening for a while.
I happen to notice this again so, when I called the customer service they are saying they don't see the charges getting deducted on their system and no service is activated.
They lodged a complaint and gave me the number and told me I will hear from them 6 days later.
I asked them how can I stop this in the mean while. The customer care representative said he will transfer the call to some and hanged up.
Just imagine if Airtel cheats customers by stealing 30 paise from their account. For a billion population like our country they make whole lot of money.
I request this to be handled seriously and make these giants know they cannot ill treat and neglect the ordinary public.
