Regarding account balance reduction

My name is Jeetendra Magraiya. In last few months Airtel deduct my main account balance by automatically activate various value added services on my Mobile number 9755315479.When I complaint regarding balance deduction to Airtel customer care centre then first of all there way of talking is very bad, and they block my number for 24 hours because i was tried so many times to customer care in a day then next day i was again call customer care then CC officer said that you use the airtel live service that why Airtel Frenzo service is activated but i said i never use airtel live service on my mobile because i have broadband connection then he said i noted your problem can be solved in near future. After that day my account balance is continuous deducted by Rs. 5 or Rs 10 from airtel that resulted my account balance to -29.28. When i again contact with CC officer then he gave me Request Reference number COVWC3042041858. but my problem is not solved till the present day

please do something, i am really depressed due to such unwanted deduction of money from Airtel for that service i am never used.
