Phone disconnection regularly

I ported my DOCOMO prepaid number to Airtel on 14 feb. since then my phone has been disconnected twice as the concern of non submitted ID proof. last month it was disconnected for 2 days, after which i submitted my proof to retailer as asked by customer care and now again since 5 may my phone is out of service. when i asked customer care they told me to submit ID to Airtel showroom (AIRTEL near JYOTI Chownk, jalandhar). when i went there the executive over there said that i have to submit my ID to dealer from where i got. then she made me to talk to customer care again and when i talk to some executive there they asked that my number is permanently disconnected and cant be given back.

if i asak them how can i get my number back, THEY HAVE NO ANSWER and the number is in all my forms and in many companies. i am SUFFERING huge problem regarding that and NO ANSWER IS GIVEN TO ME BY AIRTEL.

on separate ISSUE, customer care and customer dealing is so pathetic and disgusting with no responsibility in front of CUSTOMER.
