Dear All,

I wold like to tell all of you that airtel has the worst website in terms of checking bills online..

The payment option always seem to work.. but the bill guide and account information dont work 9 out of 10 times..

Even the Airtel customer care people told that they could not check my bill because there applications were running very slow and they needed atleast 12 hours to check it..

The only thing the i would want to suggest Mr. Mittal is that your company makes billions in profits.. Please care to spend a substantial amount on your website and designers if you want to give the option of online payment...
