Excess call rate charges

My Airtel Connection No. 9876743639 (Post Paid) running under the corporate connecation system (Chardhikala Publication Pvt. Ltd.) has been causing excess call rate charging from last month @ Rs.1/- per min. on local calls..

Please activate lesser call rate charges plan to my connection as it exist previously on connection (Rs..50/- or .30/-) on local calls which ever is applicable.

Hoping for right and rapid solutation to my above compliant.
