i have Airtel prepaid connection i.e. 9971667426 with 1.00 paisa /second tarrif plan. but airtel activated my plan to 60 paise / minut after when i have recharged Rs.101.i have contacted airtel customer care executivce regrding this problem. I was say (by Airtel Customer executive) that if you are recharged Rs.28/- then your tarrif plan will be changed to 1 paisa / second. i have recharged Rs. 28/- on 19.05.11 at 13.31 hrs. Then some call goes to 1.00 paisa tarrif but after then 60 paisa tarrif activated. But now, customer care service closed by airtel when i have informed to Airtel executives this problem.
therefore, Rs. 28.00 must be refund with 1.00 paisa/second tarrif and settled all amount which was wrongly deducted second plan.
