Hello,

The service provider Airtel is worst these days and the service is poor, very careless i was using one SIm for past 2 years and suddenly it got barred both incoming and outgoing if i asked the customer care service they said that it might be ur sim is rejected or damaged but suddenly my parents called to my number and someone picked the call and spoke, Airtel rereleased my number to another person when i was using that SIM, when i called and asked they said by mistake they did, this kind of careless ness never happen in any service provider

And my another number got barred incoming when i called they said the same thing like incoming unknowingly barred its realy a worst service

And another thing is when we call to 198 of customer complaints they wont give the line to speak with customer care officer to complaint and talk to the officer u have to struggle even if u make non stop call finally like tat i tried i got the line after 4 days so this kind of worst service no one will provide

Last thing is Airtel another customer care number 121 where they charge 50 p per 3 min poor service
