Wrong amount decrement issue
airtel deduct 0.30 paise occasionally without any reason as we complaint return it, but how many time we look at the matter.
0.30 paise is very low denomination hence nobody cares, but its generate huge amount. Every hour and half and hour 0.30 paise deduct.
Since last 3 days I M instantly trying 121 and 198, but cant able to speak to customer care executive, they people smartly divert their ivr system, the message will hear at the end that "please dial *121# to activate or deactivate any service: which totaly illogical and illegal.
Most important no executive and officer giving proper response., even many times they simply disconnect the call and pretend that due network call got drop, which is not true
