I opted for the IPTV Connection of Airtel
(011-47483693) & the way AIRTEL behaved in very first month is really
disappointing. I paid the amount of 1750/- as Application charges for the Modem
etc vide Cheque no. 102229 dated 17/12 of HDFC Bank. This Cheque is
cleared from my A/c. To my Surprise this Charges are included again in my Very
First Bill. So my bill was of 3000/- Approx. I called Customer Care no. of
times & they confirmed that this cheque is cleared as per their records also
but is not adjusted in my account. As per them, they will get it adjusted in
next couple of days & asked me to pay 1100/- as balance will be adjusted. The
complaint No. I got for the first time is 43365964. I paid Rs. 1100/- on the
same day
I was provided the resolution time for 10 days but after 10 days I got a call
that the charges are adjusted. On the same day I get another call to pay the
the Balance of 1900/-. When enquired for the Adjustment, that person denies. On
calling the customer care again they asked for next 10 days & the complaint no.
given was 43729376. Again waited for 10 days but again no resolution. On
enquiring third time the Complaint No. is 44205942. Today again I am getting
the calls to pay the dues amount which are actually not due.
The way Customer care represents that they are so handicapped for everything
except to give a new complaint no. every time is not expected from such
organization. I am harassed a lot & is really feeing bad to get associated with
Airtel.
