Plan Changed without consent

My plan of Rs 299 turbo plan and Rs 98 for 2gb free was changed in my third month of service. The 2GB for Rs 98 plan was removed without my consent. My bill for month 2 shows I have Rs 98 plan but in month three it was removed. I have contacted customer service and the nodal officer and the only answer I get is that the charges are valid. There is no explanation how my Rs 98 plan was removed. They claim that as Rs 299 plan was activated, and hence Rs 98 plan was removed.

As a new customer, I signed up for both the plans and confirmed I was on the right plan by seeing the bill for month 2. As month 1 billing cycle was 7 days there were very few details.

My service request number is 37852732 and it is nearly a month and nothing has been done. I paid Rs 2500 for the last month even though it was disputed as my outgoing call facility was cancelled.
