Airtel phones to other card users

Hello,

This is regarding 1 & 1/2 year back one of the X-company XYZ colleague called me couple of times on my IDEA card.

Now I dont know where that colleague is. Now Airtel legal department used to call me & ask about that colleague details (current phone no., address) in a undisciplined manner & with some bad language.

I dont understand these mobile phone companies can call anyone (other card user) for any kind of services in an undisciplined way.

I want Airtel should get chrged for this activity & punished as well. So that they should not do such things in future.
