Sir, i purchased 6 postpaid connection in CUG plan. According to my plan all
airtel CUG numbers are free and other call rate is 30 ps/min. for all over
india. But i found after my first month bill that my call rates are 20 ps/min.
for CUG plan and 50 ps/min. for other. I complained about it to the customer
care, they said that it will clear... within 24 hours.but I didn't get any kind
of response. And now it's time to come my second month bill, but my call rates
are same as before. I want all my call rates according to my plan as soon as
possible.
please take some action towards it..And please inform me immediately.
