i got my airtel connection recharged with recharge of 102 Rs which is a sms pack recharge on number 9898858970 on 5th july. i got a message "RECHARGE SUCCESSFUL on 05-07 at 09:02PM. Talktime Rs 0.00.MRP Rs 102.00. TransID 365226395.102 SMS pack ka labh paye agle 30 min me"
but my sms service was not activated n each time thereafter i messaged anyone, i was charged for it n balance was deducted from my main balance. next day i went to customer service they registered my complaint with complaint number-30706301479 and i was told that my service will b started by 11th july (again i was made to wait for 6 more days inspite of making the whole payment n again paying each time from my balance when i messaged anyone). now today is 12th july but still my service is not yet started again i went to customer care office, they again reported a complaint with complaint number 30712119107 n said it will b started. when i asked that from when my validity will be counted they said sir it will be counted from the date you did your recharge (5th july). i asked them that the problem is at their end and they should count my validity from the date they start my service they straight way declined my request. i asked them to register another complaint regarding this validity issue, but again they even declined to register the complaint.
i dont know whether they will ever start my service or not or if they start they might give me only few days validity. please look into the matter n bring justice to me.
i will be really obliged. hoping for immediate action
