I am having mobile nos.9873235841 with hutch services. It was matter of surprised that one fine morning almost 1 month ago my phone was not going through. On calling Hutch they said that my identification proof is required for reactivation.
I want to add that the Identification proof was submitted at the time of purchase of sim card more over I lost my mobile and for issue of duplicate sim card also I submitted the Identification proof. On request the CC officer told me that their executive will visit me for collecting the identification proof which has never happened.
Therefore I requested to discontinue my services and my balance which prepaid shall be refunded to me, It all went to deaf ear and the services are hopeless. They never cared a dime. I have no option but to go consumer court for deficiency in services and interruption of none of my fault which has brought be disrepute.
