I am Meena Mehta from New Delhi. I purchased a connection from hutch on behalf of one of my friend who is working in Sparsh BPO (franchisee of hutch), Gurgaon. When i purchased this connection then their executive misguide me that if you purchase one connection one connection is free for your spouse and you have 500 minute talktime and 200 sms free in this corporate connection plan of 199.
When we received bill on 2 July it was separate bill for two connections then i had a talk with executive but he denied his statement. In this case on 10 July i submitted application for deactivation on 10th July to their Hutch shop, sector-22, dwarka, new delhi.
I checked on 16th July and the connection was activate then so many times i remind this to customer care department and all the times they assure me to disconnect this but negative result always. Now on 10th August i received a bill for my connection Rs.629.00 showing last date 21th August and also after due date amount 729.00
Kindly suggest me what can i do in this case smb! Your early reply will be highly appreciated in this regard.
