I had an airtel landline connection on the 13th of july. And the outgoing calls has been barred since day 1. I had called up customer care executives numerous times and they kept saying that your complain will be forwarded. some even assured me that it will start working by afternoon, by tomorrow, within 12 hours etc etc. the complain Nos are1447358 and 1596914.
It is a huge loss to me as it is affecting my research work. Everytime i call up customer care, i am given different suggestions and i have been running from pillar to post. I would like to apply for damage cost. The land line connection number is 011-41683418. and finally i was told to write a mail at this e mail id.
Kindly solve the problem.
