Outgoing going calls are blocked

Hi,

I'm in Nagapandi, i'm using this Airtel Service with the number 8197638350. From 5th Semptember All outgoing calls fro my number are being forwarded to the address verification department of Airtel, With out any prior information. Even though i verified it on 5th Sep itself, i can't get the service till now. But the Executive told that, u will get the service with in 24 hours.

kindly let me know the proper reason for this poor service from airtel. And activate the service as earlier as it's possible.
