On 3rd of october i went to my nearest airtel gallery at s.v road, garegaon west, mumbai to convert my postpaid airtel number9004617405 to a prepaid one with all the documents required, after receiving documents. photograph and clearing the dues my postpaid number got converted in a to a postpaid one. but just after 3or 4 days i started getting an sms to submit a document which i already did and now you hav stopped my incoming and outgoing calls. dear sir i am on roaming and in a deep problem please kindly take apporiate action against the guilty person and start my services.
