sir i had lost my mobile on the way journey on 3 oct morning. so for that i had lodge complaint to customer care at 11.15 am to lock the

sim and they assured me to lock the sim within an hour of no outgoing and incoming at that time i had 200 balance. because of good network and urgency in my job i had decided to continued with same no by purchasing duplicate sim at your customer outlet. but at 9 oct after my duplicate

sim activation i had checked my balance their is only a Rs10 in my account. so for i had talked to your customer care they told me that you had

set a hello tunes service for 165days on 3 oct 20ll at 2.45 pm. so for that i want to know this how come it possible if i had called for sim lock at the same day then how they set hello tunes service without my permission. your customer executive had done fraud with my account balance.

so i want my balance back.
