Blackberry issue in my Prepaid Connection

Dear Sir/Ma 'am

This is in regards to my blackberry connection which is not been working since Thursday evening and i had been following up with the people in the park street store since Saturday, and there is no progress yet, they say they have mailed it at some center. The money was deducted for the Weekly Unlimited Internet Plan i.e. 100 Rupees and the service is yet to start.

Please take care of the matter, revert and resolve it soon or as otherwise i might have to switch my connection to Vodafone.
