Airtel,
With reference to the landline number 08041161270 I would like o bring to your notice that while service to this number was disrupted since 14 November no efforts has been made in restoring the line.
Having waited I choose to disconnect and cancel this number and Airtel is implying via email that I might have to pay even for the period the phone was out of order. Kindly let me know the procedure in not letting this happen and holding Airtel accountable for their actions.
