Automatically balance debit

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am using blackberry 8520 with Air tel prepaid Sim Card

Last 8 day I am affecting this problem.

That means automatically Rs.1.20, 20 paise 40 paise minute to minutes debit.

I already register to air tel customer care. But no use they didn't give me a

right answer, No response.

Please look in to the matter & take right action.
