Whenever you call to customer care 121 and select any option that goes to their "talk to our Customer Care representative", then suddenly call gets disconnected.

Airtel is earning money as the 121 is chargable and they automatically disconnect the call when you select the option to talk to the customer care representative.

This is the worst IVR system I have ever seen.
