Approval of talkies_10 plan without my concent

Hi,

I have just checked a message from Airtel that Rs 10 has been deducted for airtel talkies_10 plan. Can anyone pls let me know what this plan all about. I have never opted for this plan. Please let me know on whose request this plan was activated and for how many months you have been deducting this amount.

I called up your customer care today 07th dec at 17:45 to enquire about this amount deduction and after keeping me on hold for 10 mins the executive simply disconnected the call. So, i think it's better to write in this forum then calling the customer care

I want the money to be refunded along with the compensation for the mental harrassment and time wastage. Wondering how much money might have made by deducting this amount from infinite list of customers!
