My mobile no. is 9584378789, on 9th nov. 2011 i dialled 121312 my airtel my offer, to know about top-up recharge options available on my mobile no. This IVRS number informed me about 40 pe 45 offer, in which recharging by 40 rs i'll be provided 45 rs balance. But on doing so i only got 30 rs balance instead of 45 rs. And the remaining 15 rs were never credited to my account. When i consulted customer care they told no such offer is available on my mobile number. Furthermore, the company activates wap packages like mobile radio, cricket updates, caller tunes etc. without informing customers and deducting their balance thereon. airtel customer care charge 50p per 3 mins. with a large number of call drops problem. There are a number of such cases of cheating and malpractices done by this service provider. The company is making huge profits by doing so. I have a brief record of such practices where the customer has been cheated. Please help me.
