Worst customer service - Number portability request

Hi,

I am writing this complaint after chased the airtel customer service for a month, and made about 50 calls to the service person/manager.

I have initated Number portability request from vodafone to airtel a month back. (actually there was an attempt to initiate, 2months back.. but that time, I have generated the unique port number, and gave to the airtel sales person (1).. it seems he delayed his part.. so it is expired).

The sales person (1) gave the new sim and he told the reqeust will be completed in 7 working days. In a week I got a call from a airtel to enquire about my details. He said it will be activated in 2 days. After that i didnt get any calls. Then I called person (1). He said, he will check and let me know in 2 hours. But no response. Then I treid reach him next day. He didnt pick the call. For next one week, I have tried to call him daily.. but he is not answering my call. Then I went to Airtel service center near Alwarpet. The sales person (2) in the office noted down my current number, unique port number details. He said he will get back to me in a day. As usual, I didnt get any response from him. Then I called him. He said he will check and let me know in an hour. Last 4 days i am calling him daily. He is telling the same answer.
