Espected sir.my complaint is regarding my mobile number 9897910000 which i bought and using from last two years after paying premium.now suddenly 10 dys before my calls and sms were barred, i contacted customer care on 22dec they gave me time till 26 dec to solvve the problem and till then also the number was barred, i again lodged complaint and again the same time was given that there is some technical problem and it will be rectified.i must ve called customer care arond 30 time during this tenure.now on 27 my sim card got regected in my mobile phone and my number wascompletely barred and again after contacting customer care i got replied that my number was being used in telecalling so my number is completely barred.iwas shocked after hearing this i told them to check my call details and payment history if such thing has happend.the answer they gave to me was that do not call in future to airtel and our company is not responsible for that.my whole bussiness is effected by this and no my number is barred.one answe i got was this number was issued to someone before my allotment which was registered in telecalling.i dont know how they can issue such numbers without verification and charging premium on it.please help me out and please help me in operation of my number.
