Out going calls are barred from 7th December even after submitting the required documents twice at Manipal outlet. In initial two days it was active, but then stopped with out any reason. I was following it up almost every day with Manipal out let, but of no use. My husband called customer care to find out the reason, but the guy who attended the call at 7.56 pm on Dec 30, disconnected the call abruptly.
Interestignly the Airtel web site is down to accept any customer complaints.
