Hi,

I am Ramki. I have been using Airtel connection for more than 4 years. For Each and everything I have to use booster card. For call cost cutting and Messages I have put 225 booster card. since long time I have been using this booster card. Yesterday I Put that card. But Today I was charged Rs 0.75 for message. When I called Customer, they are telling like, recently they changed the plan. Only Airtel to Airtel the messages are free for this booster.

My Question is why they are not informing us earlier. I have been getting useless messages from Airtel Daily. But they are not informing this type of plan changes. What happened to the amount i Spent on this booster.

when I asked customer car, I was not informed regarding this. Their Response was, since it is changed all over tamilnadu, we were not able to send messages. we informed some dealers. What an irresponsible reply from them. I need my money back or else I want Free message service. What Can I do?
