Long delay in providing additional Land line

WE are very sorry to bring your notice the following :

1. Already i am a customer for Air tel Service: 436-6750 with BB 2mpbs static IP.

2. My request is given on 4th FEB for the another land line.

3. MR. Sarvanan came and taken all the doc with Rs 350/- cheque in favored of Bharti Air tel..

4. On this regards i have booked one feedback and this no: LB20600048.

5. It was addressed by some executive and explained the status.

6.second week again Mr. Saravanan came, explained that we have taken wrong amount and returned the cheque Rs 350 and i was replaced with Rs 250 Cheque.(His Mobile: 880747269-his friend Pradeep no: 98949-52408)

7. I have fulfilled the Document requirement with Photos etc.

8. Till date no calls or no response from your side to provide my NEW additional Land line.

9. Further on 2 march i meet MR. Balaji from Airtel His mobile no:9677477707, request to submit the Pan card details . done.

10 When it is possible to proved the same.
