Worst Service

I'm using airtel for more than 2 years. Every 3 months i use 225 booster for reduced call rates.before 3 months they increase the other mobiles call rate as 60p/min in that booster plan. Now they removed the 9000 free SMS (Local/National) from this plan. I recharged with this plan day before yesterday. They didn't inform me about this new plan.when asked about this, their reply is not satisfying.

Now i realised that BSNL is better which i used before 2 years...
