Changing to retailer plan

i have buyed this from distributor on december. when i buyed sim initially it is not in retailer plan the target for retailer plan told by distributor is 500rs ERECHARGE and 5 SIMACTIVAT. i have completed 7 sim activcation and 3500RS.ON JAN201

then february nonth 4000rs ec 5 sim and 3 mnp sim activatd till now my plan is not changed pls help me
